redness on penis, PLEASE HELP

I really need help! for about a month or two i noticed that the head of my penis seemed to be getting red or irrated after i masterbated or had sex with my wife. I am married and seperated geographically from my wife (military) since Jan. both me and my wife have been with each other for a few years now. the problem partly lies in my medical provider, since then they are unwilling to help me, so untill May, i basically dont have medical assistance.

Sorry this is long.....

Some background info:
I am 24, uncircumsized, and workout constinetly, and i have been in dirty environments. Nothing sexual. I noticed the redness like i said about a month and a half ago, when i noticed a wart / skin tag around my waste line. the military provider ASSUMED it was std related. needless to say i paniced and started to question my marriage. after it turned out to be a common wart. I really started to notice everything including the redness. It seems to happen at random or if i blow off a shower. There have been times when it seemed no matter how many showers or how many times i cleaned the area, there was always a semi strong odor. sometimes it goes away as fast as it appeared. Of course medical assumed it was STD related. So i asked for a full STD test. The blood and urine test came back negative. Since then i cant seem to get scene. So here i am. Other syptoms i noticed is whenever i urinate, i cant seem to shake enough times, without at least a drop of urine that leaks out. sometimes its more. Other times i urinated their is a slight "irration feeling," it doesnt burn but the beginning of the stream feels like a slight "tingle or pinch." This weekend i took a long road trip, and after i used a public restroom and got back in the car, i leaked a little urine and countined driving. after i made it to my destination, slept, and woke up the next morning to take a shower, I noticed the head of my penis was very red around the base of the head and on it, in a patch like pattern, there was no bumps at the time, just a surface redness. It was also on the foreskin of my penis. After i closely examed it, i didnt see visible sores, blisters, or anything like that. But the skin was red on the foreskin and it looked like the small veins were inflammed. Other symptons i remembered in the begining of this ordeal, was one day out of the blue small pin-head type bumps became visible, which made me got to doctor originally. Also, it seems that whenever im not erect, the head of my penis seems much more wrinkling then i remeber it being, and dry looking. i dont know how to explain this one but it looks like its cracked, but its not.

Not sure if this is related, but 3 months ago i had a pain in my testicles, that happened about every day for about 2 weeks then went away. When the pain came, i could not touch them without jumping through the ceiling. After fighting to get a diagnosis, it went away and i never got an answer.

I really dont know if all these problems are even related but i want to try to get the best answer if possible. My wife will be getting an exam soon, but she claims that shes is having no problems. Because we are seperated temporarily, not our marriage. We have had sex twice in the last three months, when she came to visit. I remembered it got red after she left the first time. I really appreciate if someone, preferably qualified gave me an answer on to what is going on, or what i can do to get rid of this, before something worse happens. Since then you can imagine i have trying searching for a solution or answer on the internet. I resorted to the purchase of Cortizone 10 with Aloe. It seems to me its working or the problem just so happened to start dimishing for now.

I appreciate your help and expertise in this matter. This is all the information i remember off the top of my head. But if there are questions, please ask. I will gladly try to answer the best i can. Thanks.

Sorry wrong button, at this time these are the only systoms i have noticed. Then again im not any expert in this subject. I will try to see if a specialist can see me. I will make sure to look into the possiblity of an infection or inflamation. My wife asked around the hospital, and they came up with a bacterial infection also. Is it possible that it could be a penile yeast infection? Is there anything i can do or use for the mean time untill i can see a provider that is actually worth a dam (as explained above)? thanks

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

Are there other symptoms present? It is good that your STD tests are all negative. This leaves the differential to infection or inflammation of the urethra or prostatitis. It would help if you have this evaluated by a specialist or urologist for proper management. A complete medical history, physical examination and some tests including urinalysis and urine culture may also help with the diagnosis. Depending on the result, an antibiotic may also be indicated.  Always keep the area clean and dry, pull the foreskin to prevent accumulation of substances and microorganism inside.

Take care and keep us posted.
