I have redness in the corner of corona near the frenulum which comes and goes. it becomes light sometimes
and sometimes goes . The foreskin over this area is red . please help what it is.
You may keep the area clean and maintain hygienic precautions. Further, on the visit to a doctor you may be able to better understand the need to avoid sexual intercourse for some time.
You may also apply some OTC antiseptic cream at the site for some time and await relief.

This appears to be either contact dermatitis or a rash caused by friction at the site which has lead to a bruise. Both these conditions are common in nature and easily treatable. However, a certain diagnosis can only be made on examination by a doctor.
