redness/spots and wrinkles on head of penis

First off, I am a 23 year old male.  A little over a year ago I was engaging in unprotected sex with a woman.  Over a span of 3 or 4 months I had unprotected sex with this same woman probably 7 or 8 times.  Then over the course of a few days I noticed that I had to urinate a lot and it burned to urinate.  Also I was having pains in my testicles.  So I got tested at an STD clinic and was diagnosed with Non Gonococcal Urethritis.  They treated me with Zithromax (azithromycin).  Over the next couple of weeks following that, there was a lot of improvement, however there was still occasional burning/tingling during and after urination.  I also began to notice couple of spots on the head of my penis.  I went back to the clinic and was tested again and the tests came back negative, and the nurse said that the spots on the penis looked normal and there was nothing to be worried about.  I was never tested for herpes or warts.
Weeks and months passed, and the head of my penis began to have wrinkles on it, as well as several red dots/spots all over it.  There are also a few spots on the head in particular that are not really red, but just more like a darker flesh color.  The weird thing is that sometimes these spots are very visable and sometimes they are not at all.  Also, when I am erect some of the spots are raised a tiny bit. When I masterbate without any lubrication, the skin on the head becomes very dry.  Also  there is a like a red line on the top side of the head of my penis, from the urethra to about the end of the head.  This is also at times very visable and at times not at all.  I am circumcized.  Also a couple of times i have seen a tiny bit of clear fluid come out of my penis.  I'm pretty they were in the morning after waking up.
Today I noticed a very red spot at the hole of my penis, almost but not quite inside.  It almost looks like a very small cut, but it doesnt hurt at all.
i should also mention that throughout this time I have noticed that the hair on my testicles isnt growing as fast as before all of this, and there is occasional discomfort in the testicles.  Also sometimes when I drink alcohol and i urinate there is a tingling feeling going through my urethra sometime after.
I planned on seeing a doctor soon, but I dont know what type of doctor to see.  Do you have any idea what all of this could be?  I was never tested for herpes or hpv, could it be either of them?  Could it be a yeast infection, something else or nothing?  Thank you for reading this and I appreciate all of the help you can give me.

Hi good day, I'm a 23yrs old male of mixed race and for the pass 2 weeks I have notice a changed in the color of my penis head. It first turned grey around the head but except around the hole. Under the head just at the tip of the hole there is a slightly darker color that looks like a bruse. The inner part of the hole looks like it is sore but this offers no pain or discomfort. Just about 2 days ago I noticed the head still being discolored and now wrinkled.

When having an erection, the discoloration will disappear and sex is like normal.

I'm curious as to what it can be, if it is a fungal infection or what? Can you provide me with any information of possible treatment if any and what type of doctor can I see about this possible condition.

Thank you.

Hi!
I have the same spots as mentioned above. I do not have any ithcing, burning or any discharge. I splept with a woman who had a HEALED fever blister. She did not have it at the time when we made out, had sex. she never told me about that. I performed unprocted oral sex on her and but she performed protected oral sex on me.

A few days after sleeping with her, i noticed a red rash on the head of my penis. Tiny red spots on the head. no itching, burning. I went to the doctor and they said it was either Warts, Herpes or Balanitis. I also had white spots on the base of the head in a line.

I went to 3 different doctors and all of them said i was ok and the white spots were balanitis. When my initial blood tests came in. I tested negative for Ghonarhea and Chlamadia ( please excuse the spelling )

My blood did contain 1.31 ( combo of Type 1 and 2 IGM ) antibodies. It said that i tested positive for herpes. I am waiting on test results for what type of herpes it is.

Is it possible that i might have .65 of both Type 1 and 2??? that falls under equivocal? I had also read that one can be exposed to herpes and not have it. As one gentlement on this forum had tested for 1.50 IGM antu bodies.

I do feel that my testicals dont hurt but feel heavy at times. I am being paranoid. My blood test results come back in tommorow. Its almost been 3 weeks since my exposue and it is killing my inside as i dont know what this is.

Please help.

My strong suspicion is that all these symptoms, visual and otherwise, come from your being anxious and looking at and thinking about your penis too much.  None of them sound like herpes or any other STD.  As for yeast, that's something you can see, and it doesn't look anything like what you describe.

My advice is to revisit the STD clinic and tell them all the diseases you are worried about, so they can either test for them or tell you to forget about them.  Then  I advise you to stop thinking about it, and also to avoid unprotected sex from now on.

Take care.
