relief from rash

i have a rash that covers most of my body, including my mouth and nose. I have been to several dermatologists, they prescribe topical creams and anti biotics. i have been doing this for nine months,i think it may be some kind of parasite but they say "no,scabies is the only parasite to consider and since the rash is on your face it cannot be!" to satisfy me they examine a scraping and say nope! I need help, this rash is eating my body.
