ring on testical

Hi I have ring worm on my arms. It has been there for over a year, I have been treating it but it comes back as soon as I stop treating it.

Now I have a ring on my testical, it does NOT look like ringworm. It has a solid outline, about 4mm in diameter, slightly shiny, indented and suspicially dark. The ring is also slightly pale compared to the skin on the testical. I also have lychen plannes and penis pimples. I know it sounds like I dont wash but this is not the case, I have a family history of skin problems.

Like  I  said in my previous post - this could be pearly penile papules veins.

Nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions. You would need to consult your doctor for a confirmed diagnosis.
