round , painless, red, not itchy patches in my skin

hi
i found your site in the internet and thati found out that your answering question regarding skin problems. I have a 22 years old sister and she is very concious and worried about the patches that she has in here skin. she said it started when after her tooth extraction around third week of august until now. you can find patches above her knee , arms, and now going to her face. she cannot feel any pain if she touches it. its not itchy and it pink in color. i dont know what to do becuase she always bother me about her problems. please help..........
