i have almost exactly the same thing with tye exact same time table and testing and i cant figure it out i need an answer soon or im going to go crazy if you have found a remedy please reply to me or this page ill do the same as soon as i find out. im probably getting a biopsy soon like the guy above said so that will tell if its viral or fungal or bacterial. thanks and good luck
