scabies that doesnt itch

i have scabie bumps and scares but they dont itch i got rid of them 21 days ago  and i clean everything that i touch when i had them but i got them back but how, and they dont itch me anymore is it scabies or something else

Scabies is characterized by intense itching which can even disrupt life. If you have scabies like bumps but they are non itchy, so the diagnosis needs to be revised. It can be folliculitis or contact dermatitis which can be included as differential diagnosis for scabies.
Wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case.
