Hi,

When you say outbreak, do you mean symptomatic?

Scabies may be transmitted by individual skin to skin contact. Some believe that scabies may be transmitted through linens and beddings however, research was not able to confirm this.Once present the disease may spread through scratching. Some individuals may not manifest with full blown infection due to a strong immune response.

Have you any contact with a person diagnosed with scabies? If that is the case, maintain good hygiene and avoid further contact until the person has been treated. Also , a consult with your internist may be able to help prevent further spread of the condition.

Keep us posted for anything.

So, like a week after I spent sometime cuddling with clothes mostly on.  In a tent. This person came to me and said that some of his friends think they have scabies and he wanted to inform me.  I have not been staying with him since because we want to keep it good but I am confused if I should treat myself and really freak out about it if he has no signs of it.  I also don't know what to do first to watch out other than stay clean. thank you..
