scales near penus skin

hi , Science 4 months I am suffering with one problem, under my penus head skin white scales are forming like Pigment kind of thing but I don’t have irritation kind of thing and rashes stuff like that, rest of things are very much fine and I have to wash it every day if I don’t wash it for 2 or 3 days then formation is more. Could u please tell me what I have to do to stop this?

It can be due to smegma or due to yeast or fungal infection of the penis. Wear cotton undergarments and dry thoroughly by pat drying, not rubbing. Application of local antifungal cream(terbinafine, clotrimazole, econazole, ketoconazole, miconazole) and oral antifungal drugs are the mainstay of treatment. But they should be used under a medical supervision.
