scalp itch and dry and now little hair in crown of my head

what can keep my hands out of my head and let my hair grow,
back in the 80th a dermatology did a biospy on my scalp because it was so dry
now where he did the biospy it itch and no hair will grow and now it spread around that area
where the biospy was done.i have two spots in the top of my head the other one is where you
can see my follicles where the hair from the top of the scalp.it have some hair but very little because
it itch also.

but the way the dermatology i went to left that office and now my records are gone
