i have the same problem with itchy,burning scalp and i went to the dermatologist and he prescribed olux but is making my scalp dry. i don't know what to do anymore. i don't go in sunlight because i have flakes in my hair. please help i feel like everyone is staring at me.
Were you given a diagnosis? This may be a case of seborrheic dermatitis( caused by yeast infection) .Do you have other similar lesions in other parts of your body? Was psoriasis ruled out?For how long have you used the medications? You may ask your dermatologist to prescribe you an alternative product.If this is a case of a fungal infection then you have to be aware that it can be recurrentRecurrent cystitis.Please discuss this with your physician prescriber.You may need to change the previously prescribed shampoo.
Maintain good hygiene. You need to ascertain the cause of the condition so you may avoid anything that may aggravate it .
