scar mark of surgery 4 years operated earlier

hi, my name is ailia, i got the bilateral laprotomy, both ovaries were operated to remove cysts from both overies. it left the bad scar mark on my belly. how can i get it remove. side by side i also had the surgery marks on both of my elbows , where compressed alnar nerve was operated. i want to remove thses all marks. guide me how can i because these are about 5 years old marks

If the scars are recent, then silicone gels may help to improve thick and deep scars. In your case, the scars have been present for quite sometime already. Moisturizers like vitamin E may help smoothen the skin and may also soften the scar tissue.This may not readily improve in weeks or months using topical therapy alone such as vitamin E cream.
