scar removal/lightening

I had some warts removed with podphyllin treatments several years ago.  I have never had recurrence, but i still have these almost flat, somewhat lighter areas where the warts used to be.  you can tell even more when i am erect.  My concern is cosmetic.  It is just bugging me really badly, to the point i am embarrassed to date.  I tell my partners, and of course use condoms, but it is a little weird when you can both still see the dots where they were, it really kills the moment.  I was hoping to somehow fix the areas to where you can't see them.  out of sight, out of mind...you know?  
any suggestions?
