scars and bumps on my nose...

Hi, I'm a 23 year old Male and still getting the usual spots in the t zone area!! But I'm really concerned about scars & little bumps that have remained from previous spots and pimples. Can anyone out there advise me on how i can say bye bye to these scars and bumps??...

Hello,
For the acne, apply some clindamycin or benzoyl peroxide after consulting a dermatologist and getting the prescription. For the acne scars which are a sort of post inflammatory hyperpigmenattion scars, you can use various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids or tretinoin cream after consulting a dermatologist. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid picking, harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.
