scrotum fungus?

hello.. for about 4-5 weeks now i've had a tingling sensation on my scrotum.. it feels just like "the chills" or that "crawling" feeling. every like 5 minutes or so. i would have marked it off as a psychosematic symptom but apart from it always catching my attention (rather than me looking for it,) after checking it out, i realized that i was shedding like little green lint looking particles all over my scrotum.

2 weeks ago i got lotrimin, cruex, every anti fungal cream over the counter.. nothing has worked. before i started applying creams an itch would come and go and it has helped with that i guess but the dark green shedding and crawling feeling is still very much there. i got tested for all STDs just in case. negative.

to explain the feeling further, it's not an itch really... sometimes it is. but mostly it's just a sticky, UNCOMFORTABLE feeling. with the crawling tingle feeling very often. and every time i check, even after showers (and shaved).. if i rub the scrotum, i end up with little dark green lint like solid particles on myfingertips. they are there even when i dont rub. like little lint balls.

i was just wondering if there is a medical explanation for this. i haven't found ANYTHING on scrotum fungus like this online. do i need a stronger, prescribed anti fungus cream? is this even a fungus? could it have been sexually transmitted? how common and what causes it?

Funguses affect the folds of the groin, not the scrotum.  I really don;t know what you mean by "green lint looking particles," but I suspect that you're looking at the small cysts that line everyone's scrotum to one extent or another, and that the sensations you have come from worrying about them.  Since you had STD tests, I assume a doctor already looked and wasn't concerned.  If you're still worried, have someone look again.

just took a shower.. checked out my scrotum right before and it was a mess... with a single stroke my fingertips were covered with those moldy, stringy, dark green particles...

i also came to notice recent cracks on the shaft of my penis. only when it's flacid. i am pretty sure i didn't have them before. scared the fungus/infection is spreading. just 3 or 4 cracks on the middle of the shaft. they dissapear when i stretch the shaft and with erection. just giving you some more info hopefully to "connect the dots" to whatever medical condition it is. thanks doc.

Sir, I find your post a bit alarming.  If you are seeing "moldy, stringy, dark green particles," on your fingers, then I have to wonder whether you are seeing things that are not there.  You need to find out whether this is true and take appropriate steps.

trust me doctor, i posted a question here as a last resort before going to the doctor... it's not something i think i'm seeing. i was hoping you could tell me at least a couple of things it COULD be. i understand it's hard to diagnose over the computer.

i really would just like to know if you have ever seen anything like this. it can't be normal to feel uncomfortable down there and have crawling feelings so often ALONG with a weird shedding that gets worse as the hair grows. i understand the crawling feeling may be psychosematic, i wouldn't even worry about it BUT i know there's something wrong when i've never had anything like this down there and now i do.

the best way to explain it is as moldy, soft green dots that come off not only with my fingers.... but PAPER TOWEL as well. i wiped the scrotum with a paper towel, and there they were. pin size green stringy particles... so i know i'm not "seeing things."

my symtoms where a little bit simalor to his problem ill tell u from point a to b with me, there was this girl i met she let me have sex i was not circumsized when i came home that morning i filled irratation in a little burnin on my flesha my real skin the skin where i was suposed to be circumsized in it looked like little blackish sprem or pus came out be aware now i can see my penis that morning also my teeth started filling week like thay where funna fall out i used mouthwash thay turned back ok i was a virgin so later that day i when to play football in messed up my nee my ligament thats strang it happened the same day i had sex any way when she got on top of me i had a condum on than when her ***** touched my **** it filled like like something left outta me anyways in the middle of the process of 1 to 2 weeks the irratation in my penis or inflamtory problem as the days passed the irratation grow stronger than my penis anit look right it swelled up in the irratation started to get bigger i did really focus on it i brote some protein in started gaining like for pounds a day when i got to like 198 that night it felt like something  attaching to 2 things past my waste line like a rubber band that wouldent let go first it did it on the right than it did it on the left so that night i took a centrium silver it was expired in 2003 in i whent to sleep round 3 oclock in the morning i was beeping all over in catching little crampss when it wasent even cold in the house in my skin looked old but when i washed my face it turned back to normal i thin assumed i had hiv i got scared in fell into deppression in cryed i called her in cursed her out in thin called this girl she told me to drink cranberry juice in go get tested and i had this problem with my waste so i woke my mom up but i didnt tell her i had sex so iv been asking her plz take me to the doctor she kept saying its spirts in my friends put something in my drink  so  i when't with her to the er emergency room thay gave me a pee test in said i was ok i thin told her later that night that i had sex i kept walking around the house in my lower back started to hurt in started to give out whitch i assumed it where my kidneys thin my legs started to give out to so my mom took me to pembrokes urgent care center thin i started walking  around the beeping only acured when i sit down or stay still so when we see the nurse thay gave me a std test thin left out the room quick thay came back with antibotics in gave me a shot in the but it felt like it was brakeing down the problem in my chest and in my lower abdonomin so thay sont me home in gave me no pill not telling me what the std was and the problem in my left side is an inflamtory dieases when ever it does that **** in my waste my glands tightin a little i still have the problems in my side no answers i when back there in the man said my blood in pee work was ok i just had low potassium i whenent back there trying to figure out my waste problem but no answers my symtoms only act up when i drink hot stuff i when to 6 doctors i even when to jackson hospital thay did my blood work in said i was fine so i started to get that give up filling now my left side problem fills like its settled in my waste in my rightside hurts sometimes in i got this little lump growning under my waste line its dealing with the right testical vain in my skin problem i take centrium silver cause it pulls your skin together in one night in erases all black heads i never cault a cole the doctors think um ok cause my skin is fine in i keep getting sont out in thay think its axiaty i told u how it got in my waste um getting messed up in side in getting no help iv had tons of bad luck couldent get help my phone was off cause i couldent work my bill wasent paid thin my phone broke in i lost all my numbers now i work in shame i read the bible every night now im scared of my life i lost wait cause i cant work out cause something is infested on my left side in it fills like its attached with my left leg someway sometimes now it fills like stuff runining throew my left leg in it stops i need answers cause i get no help this gurl said it could be clymaida spelled it wrong but it cant be picked up in the blood i never got a real answer um lost in shame help me even if u have to talk to my physhain Olabisi Oyadiran 305-625-4100 um cercumsized now but still haveing the pelvic problem i got little bumps that come up in go away but leave marks um black my name lennard
