sebaceous prominence

I am 33 weeks pregnant and I have noticed 2 little white bumps on the inside of the lips of my vagina (sorry for the term). I have never had any STD and I got checked for everything when I became pregnant. I squeezed the bumps and stuff came out.. It was not, nor has it ever been painful. It has never itched or anything. I just noticed a bump and looked and there it was. When I squeezed it, it was a thick white substance that came out. Thicker than a normal white head. And it was kind of fuzzy. That really scared me. I know this sounds gross, but I smelled it and it had an infected smell to it.. I am really worried. Do you know if this could be sebaceous prominence, if women can even get it? if not what else could it be?

Thank you for your time and response in advance.

They sound like cysts. Use an antiseptic if you think they are infected. Cysts are not related to STD's.
