sex related problem
this is very embarrassing to confront to the problems you have and something had is affecting your overall lifestyle. i can tell the details of the incidents that happened and i hope to get some reliable and experienced answers from you. i had a sex with a prostitute in october 2009. it's a long back time. i used condom while doing with her. i didn't see reasonable symptoms for quite some times or probably i just don't remember anymore. after sometimes my groin area developed lesions, patches, and more like fluid filled blisters, painful when touched or scratched. it stayed for sometimes and it would go. it came back again, or probably was there always, so i went to sex and vd specialist in 2010(did i took too long time? i just wasn't ready that time) but so he prescribed me with hyphoral and ciplox-tz tab along with surfaz-sn cream. they all went away. the burning sensation and everything else too. after this a single red bump appeared on scrotum area and he again prescribed me with surfaz-sn and it disappeared. my right groin area developed a swollen lymph node, i pressed it and it vanished too. but after sometimes, inside the foreskin just below the glans penis there were few spots in clusters. not painful or itchy or anything. since then they are just there. white substance below the penis head used to get accumulated but i started washing it regular. so they don't appear there anymore but the spots have increased in numbers in the circumference inside the foreskin. when i pull the skin back , retract it, they look small and like soe thrush but penis is erect they are quite visible but not at all itchy or painful or fluid filled . just that they are there. my penis has become itchy and there are spots on other part of the penis too . they itch sometime on and off. it is very dry, itchy, scaly,like peeled off skin, it has crease. i masturbate a lot, almost regular sometimes more than twice a day and may be i don't have enough idea of actaul way to mastubate, i do vigorous sometimes. could that be the reason?and also i am uncircumsized, if that makes it dry and scaly like it is getting old.don't know. for this, i went to another sexologist, he prescribed me doxcef, vigylaz,acilovir, metabolis and also occuvir and fusidick cream to apply. it hasn't done any change to either my spots or itchiness. could you kindly reply and tell what exactly you make out of it? and what i should possibly be doing. i have a girlfriend and she wants to be sexually active with me, i am scared and embarrased about this whole and wouldn't possibly do anything until i get assurances. thank you. hopeing for a quick reply.

also try changing your diet around a bit. Im a health nut, i juice regularly, work out, eat very healthy and take vitamans to hopefully keep my immune system strong.
I also take apple cider vinegar every day (not store stuff, Its called Braggs unpasturized with mother) and supposedly has a ton of other uses, rubbing on rashes being one.

gosh that really helped in clearing my head. thngs is in herpes, yu get sores... i havent got sores at all....the spots inside the foreskin are just spots...skin coloured... and i shave down there too.. probabaly i spots and irritation are cuz of that..i'll try those AB ointments.... and do the rest. i have a strong feeling its more of pshycological effect down there than anything abnormal.! i ponder over it a lot...doing researching and all...that puts a stress. and these are one of the symptoms..though i dont wana jump to conclusions on my own..but that certainly helped. i think i'll try these and then step to next (if required) thanks, that was help!
abuot 2 years ago i got what "to me" turned out to be a small cut that got infected on the under part of my shaft. i shave and beleive i just scratched way to hard.
the doc gave me some herpe medicine since i told her it was right about the time i had protected sex with a questionable girls. she still said it looked like herpes, even though it was in no way a bump or pustule or rash. it looked like an infected scratch but i still got worried and MADE her take a biopsy swab.
anyway when it started to get bad i started putt triple anti biotic ointment on it. they say this isnt good but honestly it was GONE overnight, NOW i posted just recently because i started getting a rash down there and started using jock itch cream which did nothing and i started getting worried about some std again. i think its man nature to just worry that we get an std when something looks different down there, guess it shows how much time we spend in that area lol.
anyway I decided to clean it up and start the anti biotic ointment again and guess what..... it was gone in like half a day. by the time i made it to the doctor it was almost completely gone.
he said it was prob jock itch or a yeast infection due to the heat and summer. Im also beginning to think i may have a slight reaction to latex after i shave.
anyway, i would say try the antibiotic ointment like i did and let me know how it goes.... IE IM NOT DOCTOR.
i was cleaning and re applying the area like every hour with new clean ointment,
on a second hand GET a doctor to take a biopsy swab. it has to be during the outbreak since herpes wont show up in blood, THEN get blood work anyway. i get blood checked due to certain family health issues all the time and ALWAYS have them check for all std's as well even if i have a GF and no side because sometimes things can show up after a while of being clean.
once your cleared that your std free (if) just talk to her.
my tip is if the ointment cleared it up and your clean let it be for now.
if there is still something there small then explain its an irritation but you are clean. if she asks how you know say you have had the irritation before in the past and it goes away and you just had blood work done for a physical and it came back clear. if its still crazy down there then just kind of talk to her and ease in the subject. maybe look into talking to a doctor abotu being circumzied, you can still have it done now.
thing that ***** that ive learned is that if you dont make them take a swab they wont, theyll just say "it looks like herpes" because thats easy and theyre lazy. funny thing is when the doctor (not my usual) called to tell me my swab was not herpes and i told her the AB ointment cleared it up she almost sounded dissapointed.
i have a horrible habit of getting myself overworked, because when things are weird and your not having sex you brush it off but as soon as you have a slightly questionable encounter and get an itch then you must be dying.
good luck. also make sure you dont have some kind of immune disorder thats atttcking your own skin there.

to be honest i don't remember exactly when but i just mentioned the important dates. i don't know if they are related but that is exactly what happened after the incident. these were the two prescriptions from two different docs. they just saw the symptoms and gave these prescriptions. the later one, did indicate it may or may not be std! wasnt sure. i am hoping its not!
