shampoo

I have really oily skin with associated acne problems (although the acne seems to be subsiding somewhat now leaving me with an equally embarrassing problem of acne scars all over my face). Have any of you had any experiences with microdermabrasion? im thinking about having it done to see if it will reduce the scars.
Also, since my skin is really oily i usually have to shower twice a day, shampooing both times. In the morning because I seem to generate a lot of oil overnight and in the evening b/c by that time I usually have sweated a lot from exercising, walking from place to place, or just the trials of the day. Is it that bad to shampoo twice a day? Ive read a lot of stuff online saying you should strictly shampoo no more than every other day which is just not an option for me. Will shampooing this frequently cause my hair to fall out any faster (I have a slight receding hairline)

Hi,
Shampooing frequently may not directly cause hair fall but it hair.Dry hair is brittle and can break easily thus leading to the notion that excessive shampooing is the cause.

For the majority of those with persistent oily and greasy hair problems, it’s either hereditary, it’s caused by a hormonal imbalance (especially during a woman’s menstrual cycle).. Women with polycystic ovaries can suffer from oily hair and scalp as well. Other symptoms includes acne, oily skin, or dandruff.

Hair care products are available  that contain compounds that reduce sebum, and many even contain antiseptic compounds and substances to relieve the itchiness often associated with oily scalp and hair.
Use shampoos that contain no detergent or mild detergent like sodium laureth sulfate to prevent rebound oiliness.
