shaving rash on neck?

hows a goin.my problem is i have a bad shaving rashand white heads at the bottom of my neck.at the bottom left and right of my neck the hair grows upwards and sidewards causing a rash when i shave,also ingrowin hair.i have tried every shaving product possible and every shaving techinque and it dosent work .also my hair grows back really quickly so its impossible to get rid of the rash and i tink i need professional help.plz plz help

From the symptoms,it looks like folliculitis.Pls keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful.In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult a dermatologist in that case.Also then get acne keloidalis nuchae ruled out.
