should i be concerned

not sure what this is I have been to the urologist and he says he sees nothing.  I recently had encouters with csw (unprotected oral ) about 3 months ago and ever since then i have developed this ever slowly spreading rash of some sorts.  the skin on my penis looks like it has striations in it and sometimes is itchy and at other times it stings.  After sex sometimes i develop these little red spots almost look like zits  just red though.  could this be some sort of fungus, i tried fungal creams for about two weeks and nothing helped shoud I have kept using them?  It has spread only but a littel bit but I am not sure what to do at this point

any advice?

These small red bumps can be due to folliculitis or irritated hair follicles but for the spreading rash, contact dermatitis, fungal infections and lichen planus needs to be ruled out. Lichen planus is an inflammatory disease that affects the skin and the oral mucosa, and presents itself in the form of papules (flat spots) or rashes. Treatment is available only on prescription and consists mainly of steroids, retinoids, hydroquinone and phototherapy.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
