side effects of accutane

A group of 20 somethings have compared notes. Almost all who have been experiencing infertility issues have taken accutane in the past. Have there been studies done on this? Is there any cure/treatment for these young women, who are not currently taking the medication? My daughter in law took it for only one month, but she has not been able to get pregnant in 2 years of marriage. Advice?
