I noticed the same thing happen on Wednesday I was in the shower and i noticed 3 small clear pin sized blisters on the shaft of my penis.  Thought nothing of it figured they would heal and go away in a day or so, Next day in the shower i was washing myself and the blisters broke.  Friday in the shower I noticed that a small ulcer had formed.  As you mentioned it turns white when it comes in contact with water. I have been tested for std's and herpes back in June the test came back positive for HSV-1 but I have never had any symptoms, so my doctor told me that I most likely will not but it is possible for HSV1 to appear on the genitals.I went to the doctor as soon as the blister turned into an ulcer and he said in his experience this ulcer does not resemble herpes  but it is possible I had the Dr swab the ulcer and I am awaiting my results, but the anxiety of not knowing has caused me to do some of my own personal research.  It has been exactly 8 days and the sore has finally healed but I just noticed this morning another single clear pin sized "blister" right next to the newly healed ulcer.  I do not have any symptoms at all.  Could use some suggestions as to what cremes put on it if/when it turns into the same thing i had.

I am also very concerned because my girlfriend decided to wake me up with oral sex on the 7th day (1day) before the ulcer was completely healed, what risk is she at? and how do i explain what is going on?

Thanks

Hello,
From your symptoms herpes sores and syphilis chancre are important possibilities. Syphilis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by Treponema pallidum. The symptoms start with a sore on the penis which turns into an ulcer, which is called a chancre. The chancre heals spontaneously after 4 to 6 weeks.

So my advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get this possibility along with others like herpes simplex sores, granuloma inguinale and lymphgranuloma venereum(less chances).

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
