skin atrophy after steriod use

Can the skin be damaged even after 3 applications of topical steriods? My arms are very loose and flabby after 3 applications. I also have crinkling. Will my skin ever be toned and tight again?

Usually striae or skin atrophy or thinning appear after long term use of steroids and is not seen after 3 applications unless or until there is an allergic reaction due to the same. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist and get it evaluated.
