Hi,
How old are you?

There is exactly no "best" skin care since skin types do vary from one person to another. Currently manufacturers of skin products have been trying to provide a wide array of skin care products to suit each skin type. For an individual to get the best skin  care, one should follow a particular regimen of cleansing, toning , exfoliating and moisturizing.

As one grows older however, exfoliation may damage the thinning skin. Cleansing and moisturizing are still essential as one ages. The use of sunscreen for the face is still a must. I suggest the use of products that are hypoallergenic and also with organic ingredients such as vitamin C and E. Anti aging products may also be beneficial especially for women with fine lines and wrinkles.

A healthy diet, decrease intake of fatty food, cessation of smoking, adequate sleep and daily exercise will ensure not just great skin but also a healthy body in general.

Hi,

Hi,

Right.Thanks for the information.

I have posted above some basics for skin care. I feel that the gentler the product ,the better.Even as one ages, applying sunscreen and moisturizing should still be mainstays of therapy. Vitamin E and C have been used widely in enhancing the skin. Hormones also play a role in maintaining the suppleness of our skin.

Just continue a healthy lifestyle. Cease smoking and take daily exercises everyday .Avoid direct exposure to sunlight . Drink plenty of water and have a great time with family and friends.
