skin coloured bumps on penis

Hello, 6 months ago I noticed that there where relatively small skin coloured bumps on my penis. These bumps are not itchy or irritating. Most of these bumps are at the bottom of the the penis in a large cluster and there are a fair few on the scrotum as well. There are are also some of these pumps in the middle of the shaft of the penis. These bumps can not be popped when i squeeze them and I do not think that this is an STD because I am a virgin. Help finding out what these are would be greatly appreciated.

Penile papules perhaps? Anyway if they're not painful and you're a virgin it's not an STD and doesn't sound like anything to worry about.

i have the same thing a cluster of skin colord bumps on the under side i guess id call it of my penis an a couple white bumps on my nuts..im a virgin so i to do not thinks its an STD...helping me solve what it is would be greatly thanked
