skin depression

I had articoll injections done a few years ago. Since than a grandulma had formed on one side. I went back and they injected it with kenalog, now there is a drepression and discoloration in the skin. They have tried IPL and had little success. Now they want to try laser Geneisis to help with the discoloration. I am not sure what to do? Will this help? It is expensive, but I am willing to do it if it works. I have also been told that saline injectables or similar might be the way to go.
I would be greatful for any expert advise that you may have since I feel like I'm grasping a straws to solve this.
