skin disorder

I have small white circles that have come out on my skin, upper back, front and a few else where. Alot on my upper back. The pigmentation is gone. I am a caucasion person. Like to tan and tan well. Travel at least once a year. I noticed them this year in June. SO, I tried to avoid the sun. They still seem to be coming out on my skin. They appear to be flat. Not ichy. No apparent discomfort. No pigmentation.
