skin fungus

hi, im 18 years old i suffer from ezyma. And one day i went to the beach and suddenly my face started to burn and turn red on my face and neck. The following day i encountered these white spots. I thought it was due to my exzyma, but people told me it might be skin fungus. What should i take to cure it?
