skin infection dr please help

help please!!! i need to know if i should see a infectious diease Dr or if i am deliousional.  ok.  rash started around december.  i have 4 puppies, conscience don't know but rash started when i got the 2nd one.  thought it was an allergic reaction to nair, after 2 weeks my whole body covered in lesions.  start out as a iltchy blister, i scratch and a crusty scab forms.  1st dr gave me medication for pinworms and scabbies, and antibotics.  he did'nt  know what it was.  saw my dr, diganois was impetigo.  after scab forms, i take off and clean with soap.  the sores get bigger and hurt.  if i "pop" them something comes out, i don't know if it is my skin or something else, but it is instant relief when it "pops". i do not feel like bugs are crawling all over.  it painful.  after its poped, redness, puss, swelling go down.  the ones on my back that i cant get to are the size of a quarter, hurt like h___, and are a dark purple scar.  they look worse than the ones i pop,  what comes out looks like a brine shrimp.  anyway, that was in march, never cleared up.  my face is so scared.  i did'lnt go to work for allmost 2 months because i look so awful.  went to dermatioigist in may.  she said it was all stress related.  (young widow with 3 kids, failing business, and trying not to forclose on my home) taking keflex 500mg 4x a day for 20 days, then 3 a day 1week, 2 a day 1 week, now on my last week 1 a day.  it has cleared up some, but the ones that have healed are tender, grayish, and itch. if i scratch it fills up with puss.  (one was green) it seem like only the outer layer healed somewhat. when i get stressed i can feel them comilng.  almost every outbreak i get a cole sore on the same spot on my lip. the sores on my hands hurt so bad they have been there since dec.  i put permethrin cream on them and within an hour, i was a able to squeeze and relieve them easily.  my sister wants to take me to the er i look so bad.  what do you think?

Hi

The said condition appears to be transmitted through direct skin to skin contact .It is imperative that you refrain from touching the affected areas. Apply a  clean gauze on the areas or cover these with sterile tapes. At this point, I am thinking of a bacterial infection. A specialist may be able to help identify the cause. Blood tests for fungal and bacterial infections may be necessary. A skin biopsy may be indicated if culture of the blood or discharge do no not show anything.

Hi

This sounds like a bacterial infection. I suggest that you bring yourself to the nearest medical center to have this assessed. A culture of the discharge will be able to ascertain the diagnosis. Keep affected areas covered and refrain from touching the areas unnecessarily. Also, keep the areas clean at all times. The organism causing this has to be assessed. You may need intravenous antibiotics for this if this remains unresponsive to next generation antibiotics.
