I had recently gone to the dermatologist for a rash in the groin area and they took a biopsy and the results were neutrophilic dermatitis on the left groin and on the right groin was abcess (abscess) and under clinical data it says inflamed papule r/o folliculitus (folliculitis).  They gave me a cream called clotrimazole betameth but its not doing anything for me i was wondering if you could help me understand what this is and what other medications i could use.
