Hi,
How are you? Can you elaborate on these dark patches?  Cloasma or pigmentation of the skin that may be light-brown or dark brown and aggravated by exposure to sunlight. It can also be idiopathic, associated with pregnancy, the use of oral contraceptives and certain medications. Have this checked by your doctor for proper management. Direct clinical examination is important  in determining the diagnosis. It is important that you have adequate sun protection. Take care and do keep us posted.
