It could be either of the thre conditions - nothing can be said with surety without having a look at the lesions.
You could keep the area clean, wash it several times with fresh water, wear lose comfortable clothes and take some oral antihistamine medications for the itching.
Apply calamine lotion and see if it helps. Keep the area well moisturised. Do not use any other cosmetic products.
If the lesion still persists, after a couple of days you would need to get it checked.
