skin irritation

don't know what is wrong with my skin on my face and neck it started at the bottom of the neck bumps started showing up sking tight  and sore when i wear a shirt it feels like needle pricking my sking . this spread to my face a few days ago i had small bumps on my face  and some krust stuff forming i went to a physians assitant  that is all i could get for an appointment right away in the dermotolgist office they gave me a cream mositrizer , metro gel . eildel

it helped the  small bumps go away on my face but the really big bumps  on my neck that  opened up some will not go away .some of the bad krust is gone   but it seems to be spreading . and my skin is burning and irritated . when I go in the shower the water really makes my skin burn . i am not using soaps on my face and neck  just rinsing with cool water but that make my skin more irrated .


my dog had a skin irritation on her leg i was treating with over the counter dog  antiseptic  . i was wondering if i caught soomething from her
