skin problem

after some time of having sex with my bf. there is some lession/ abrasion until it has raised skin lesions (brown but not itchy or painful) on the lower skin part of my vagina just before the anus. what does this mean? I'm really worried about it. Please give me some advise

Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but from the symptoms it can be seborrehic keratosis or a genital wart. Seborrheic keratosis is a benign growth of the skin. Warts are spread through direct skin-to-skin contact during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get a physical examination and biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.
