Without examination, confirmation of a diagnosis is tough but from the symptoms it can be seborrehic keratosis or a genital wart. Seborrheic keratosis is a benign growth of the skin. Warts are spread through direct skin-to-skin contact during oral, genital, or anal sex with an infected partner. My sincere advice would be to consult a dermatologist and get a physical examination and biopsy done to confirm the diagnosis.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or in case you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
