skin rash

I have some small clear bumps on my chin, at first I thought it was acne or zits but they are clear inside and when popped run with clear liquid, I have used poison ivy medication and some clobetasol ointment and that makes it go away for a day or two but then it comes back and now there are more of them.  what could it be?

I cannot confirm anything without examination but it can be contact dermatitis or perioral dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis.Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

If the symptoms are not controlled by topical antibiotics,then oral antibiotics may be needed.Pls consult your dermatologist and discuss this with them.
