skin rash on penis? can I still have sex?

Hi I got a infection or rash on my penis and was wondering how long it takes to fully heal 100% and what to take for it. i use lotrimin and neosporin for it and it helps me a little bit. ive been showering everyday and changing my underwear daily as well. id like to know how long it takes to fully heal and if i can have sex while this is going on? just curious.

just about but still a little red on my right side. i use lotrmin mostly now but foind out noxeema works a little too. the irritation is slowly going down too. i dunno if i should try having sex with my gf cuz i dont want to give her anything I might have. going to see doctors on monday and wednesday of next week to see if its anything serious. I doubt it is but u can never be to sure right? if its nothing I think I can have sex with a condom on (havent been doing it lately but I pull out everytime. except 1 time i didnt pull out but my gf is on the pill and she hasnt gotton pregnant.. yet.) so i might give it another few days to see if the irritation goes away. redness im hoping will start to go away as well. ive been showering everyday for a week and doing the same with lotrimin on it. anything else I can do?

guess no one is going to answer. ill just say ive had sex 2 times while this thing is happeing.(using condoms each time) it still hurts a little bit but its much better than a week ago.

i just went to the dr today and he said i might have a fungal infection and gave me some cream to put on my penis. i put it on today and the area didnt hurt afterwards. going to put more on tonight and hopefully in a week or 2 the area will be gone and clean..

thanks for the help. and im having sex with condoms and the area doesnt hurt or anything. so thanks alot guys.
