skin rash

dear doctor,
i am a 13 year old child writing to you out of the Caribbean.I have some terrible rashes to the left and right side of my scrotum. it appears to be a mild rash at first it itched alot, i used hydrogen peroxide in warm water and anti bacterial cream to treat it, but nothing really worked. It icthes really badly, i cannot remeber the time period in which it started itching but its approximately about 1 or 2 weeks now. They first appeared like little boils on the left and right side of my scrotum, but now they appear as flat and round irritations on my skin. When the skin lower down my scrotum touches the skin on the sides of my lower thigh it burns.Im not really good at giving descriptions but i hope this was informative enough so that i will be embraced with information on what is wrong with me,
Thank You,

Hi,
This sounds like a fungal infection of the skin.It causes itching or a burning sensation in the groin area, thigh skin folds.

Affected areas may appear red, tan, or brown, with flaking, peeling, or cracking skin. The border may exhibit tiny pimples or even pustules, with central areas that are reddish and dry with small scales.

Anti-fungal agents  containing tolnaftate, clotrimazole or miconazoleavailable as  can be applied on the affected areas twice a day.
To cure the infection naturally, keep moist and warm areas of the body clean and dry.

Powders with menthol or zinc oxide may be used, like Gold Bond medicated powder, to soothe the itch.
Tea tree oil can also be used since it is a natural anti-fungal.
