I been in the philipines 1 year now,  the last month about 35 days ago . I got hitchy wrist on my right arm. I could see some little red bumps under the skin maybe 20 of them. The size of the top of a pin. I  figure heat rash or something like that. 7 days later they st... [More] ill remain but when I go to sleep and wake up the be gone. Like I said week later they appreared by my shoulder not hitchy. I notice they comethey come out 20 minutes after I eat. So I change my water, stop drinking milk, By the way my diet was for the last 3 months rice for morning lunch diner. Of course with eggs, fish, pork, chicken. lost of fruit and vegetable.
once a week a coke bottle for diner. Not to much deserts. And the rash spread to once side of the back. The rash is only on the top part of my arm not underneeth. Now it as 1 month 4 days it is showing up on my chess both arms above and bown concentrated by the lower back. it does the same reaction show up after I eat. I stop eating rice but now it come out even if I eat only fruit or vegetables. My urine pH is down to 5.5. I brought it up to 6. Now the rash feels like hot needles after I eat. It still go away over night. As soon I get up it starts to come back

Hi

A rash that is associated with food intake suggests that there may be an allergic component associated with this. However, other factors  aside from food seems to be contributory. These may involve heat, sweat, dust and even the water. I suggest that you try to determine the possible triggers and avoid those you can avoid as much as possible. Keep the skin dry and avoid direct exposure to heat. Keep your place cool and don't let clothes soaked in sweat dry on your skin.

You may need oral antihistamines for these. Before you start taking any medications, always inform your doctor. Applying 1% hydrocortisone cream thinly over affected areas may be able to help. Do not apply for more than 7 days.
