about a month ago i developed a rash on my inner thigh about the size of a half dollar then another one appeared above it about barely the size of a dime.a week ago 2 more appeared very small. they are all on my right leg only, they don't itch, hurt, burn
dr. a few days ago and he didn't see me but called me in a scrip for nizoral cream 2x a day. the rash is not raised but they are like perfect circles with dry skin around the edge. dry skin is fading but am really concerned about what it could be.

You need to wash the areas several times with fresh water. Do not use any cosmetic products at the sites, keep the area clean and moisturised. Wear lose , comfortable clothes. Avoid scratching or picking at the lesions. Avoid sweat accumulation at the areas.
Apply calamine lotion at the site of the lesions and see if it helps. You could take some oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine or loratadine. You need to maintain a good personal hygiene .
