skin tag turning colors

My 10 year old daughter has a skin tag on her neck,it has always been there,but over the last couple of days it went from brown to black. The skin tag is very small in size. I wondered if anyone has ever had this happen,and if yes was it okay. Thank you!

Hi,

It would be best to get a skin specialist's opinion about the lesion and especially because of the change in colour that you notice.

Talk to the specialist about whether cauterization would help in her case.

Let us know about how she is doing and what the doctor advises.
