skin tag

I have had what I think is a skin tag for about a year now that appeared at the base of the shaft of my penis , it does not itch or any thing like that. It is small and narrow shaped and it rest right in the area of when I wear a condom the condom edge is right on it , I read that skin tags can be caused by such things as friction from condoms sometimes , recently I had a wart removed from my had and now I've been think what if, but the growth on my penis hasn't spreed to any other section of my penis and groin. Just wonder if you think it is a skin tag like I do?

Although from the appearance it sounds like a skin tag but the possibility of a wart can be completely ruled out only after examination for which I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided.
