MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi

Bubble like bumps on the skin may be termed as vesicles. They are usually caused by bacterial infections. In the absence of fever, eye redness, and swelling or pain in the extremities, I would suggest that you seek prompt consult with a pediatrician for this. A blood test to determine any infections and culture of the discharge or fluid from the vesicles may be done. A urinalysis may also be done .It is necessary to ascertain if a prior history of sore throat or cough was present.
