hey,
about 2-3 months ago i noticed what looked to be a skin tag in my pubic area, one by the crease of my thigh and pubic area and one on my waste line. they are about half of a centimeter in diameter at the most. they grow about 2-3 millimeters outward and are flat on top and skinnier are the base where it grows. the one on the crease of my leg has go away after about 2-3 weeks, but the other hasn't and there has been about 5 more grown sense then.. they are close to the same color as my skin, maybe a small shade of red darker but not much. they seem to have no feeling, they dont itch and they are soft for the most part. i shave the area about every 2 weeks, so that might have trigger the effect? but i have also been doing this for years and nothing ever happen. other then that i have has protected sex and clean women to the best of my knowledge. i tried to pop them but nothing happens, nor does it hurt. they do not have a cauliflower look to them so it does not seem like warts. and they are not on the penis, shaft or testicle areas. i have never has anything like this in the area before and i consider myself very healthy.
just another point to note, it does seem similar to a growth i had on my bicep when i was younger. this growth was very tiny maybe a millimeter in diameter and was like a small sphere attacked to my skin by a skinny base. this i just pulled off with little to no bleeding and no pain. i was young and thought it was a pimple because i was not yet sure what a pimple was. it did leave a just as small slightly dark them my shin color scar though.
please help with this problem. i would love to get rid of these as quick as possible, but i am embarrassed to go see my doctor, who is a female as well, which makes it a little more uncomfortable to myself.
also, there is a tool for skin tag at the drug store that apparently freezes or burns the skin tag at the base and shortly after the skin tag goes away. is there any harm in giving this tool a try or would it be dangerous due to the fact im not positive what these growths are.
thanks for your time.
