Hello,
There does not seem to be any medical problem with your skin. Have you used any topical steroid for a long time as skin thinning and atrophy are a common side effect of using steroids.  For the treatment of such thinned skin, you can use good quality moisturizers and creams containing AHA. Chemical peeling, dermabrasion and laser resurfacing are other treatment options.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
