Hello,

Although sometimes melanoma may not show any visible change, but malignant changes in the cells or dysplasia will keep on going and then the individual presents with more dangerous invasive stage which is diificult to manage. So if you are in doubts about a melanoma, always get it examined from a dermatologist.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts.
