I read about you skin bleaching advise and have been taking the pills on this website. it has been quite effective but i was wondering if long term use of  whitening pills cause skin cancer?

You should have the pills laboratory tested because you never know what they can be laced with and if they are harmful. If they were oral glutathione pills that you were taking, please keep in mind that glutathione only breaks down in the GI tract and is poorly absorbed, so not enough benefit from them. Any slight lightening that you might see is due to the vitamin C, as vitamin C has been proven to lighten skin. There are glutathione intravenous injections which has higher absorbtion, but you'll have to make sure that they are genuine and are not diluted. There are the precurors of glutathione that can be taken orally to help the body to make it's own glutathione. Although there is no such thing as "whiteing pill", there are natural supplements that can help assist you with the lightening process and brighten your skin.
