slowly-growing brown tiny lesions on my finger tips

slowly-growing brown tiny lesions on my finger tips

Hello,
For some months I have a few slowly-growing brown tiny lesions (the skin is not elevated except for one lesion) on my fingers. The skin is hard around that area, and sometimes ruptures and peels off. They don't cause any pain, so it's only an anesthetic problem, but I noticed that now that few lesions started growing under my nail (although it didn't cause any nail deformity).

I have uploaded some photos of those lesions:

How should I get rid of these lesions? I have a cream called Pimafucort

Should I just put it or go see a dermatologist?

Thanks

Hello,
I cannot confirm anything without examination but the various possibilities for your symptoms are tinea nigra or fungal infection, warts, melanocytic lesions like nevi or melanoma or systemic disorders like Addison’s disease. I suggest you to get it evaluated from a dermatologist and a biopsy skin may be needed to confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
