small blisters on hands

I keep getting small blisters on my hands no bigger the 2mm they are just full of water also my hands get very itchey and I only seem to get some relief when I wash them under hot water also my skin cracks and bleeds easily

This sounds like dyshidrotic eczema, a non-allergic skin irritation.  You don't have to treat it at all if it doesn't bother you, but if it does, 1% hydrocortisone may help.  If not, a doctor can prescribe a stronger one.  The condition comes and goes.
