small bump on lip

(apologies in advance if my lowercase aesthetic bothers you) i had a small pimple between my nose and my lip, which continued to grow until I decided to get rid of it(it never got large, staying rather small throughout its growth). after popping it and treating it and popping it again, it had reduced in size even more, becoming more or less unnoticeable. it had become a small skin bump which bled if i tried to pop it, from what i guess is from it no longer being a pimple and instead being apart of the skin itself. either way, i continued to use acne pad skin to kill it off, to no avail. it didn’t become a pimple again, but was instead just a skin bump between my nose and lip. just an odd bit of skin. it didn’t hurt, nor did it do anything else. it was just a bump. and it still is. i haven’t asked a doctor or anything since it doesn’t seem that it’ll hurt me. but you never know. i’m wondering if anyone can assist me?

If it's not itching or hurting, the good news is, it's not anything to worry about, health wise.  It could just be a clogged pore still that's taking a good while to heal up.
